Please join the UMW for our 2nd annual day of Heart Healthy exercise. The event will be held at Planet Fitness located at 1008-1022 Beards Hill Road, Aberdeen, MD.
All are welcome to attend so come out and have some fun. Treats and surprises will be offered.
The cost for persons not having a Planet Fitness membership is $5.00.
